Returns & Refund Policy - Modern Threads
At Modern Threads, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality home textiles.
If you receive a damaged product or if there’s any discrepancy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. You can contact us via email at:

Once we receive your complaint, we will investigate the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or other corrective measures. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days.
2. Manufacturing Defect or Incorrect Product: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect or does not match the item mentioned in your order confirmation email, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. The replacement will be sent to you once the returned product reaches our warehouse.
• Exchange Restrictions: We do not accept exchanges for a different size, color, or product.
• Return Process: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-5 business days.
3. Exchange Policy for Size-Related Issues: Products from Good Earth Apparel are eligible for exchange for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact, and the product is unused or unwashed. However, Design Partner brands are not eligible for any exchanges.
4. Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to size-related issues, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Replacement Process: Once we receive the returned product, the replacement will be dispatched to you. It will be delivered to the same address you provided during the original order within our standard delivery time of 3-5 working days (for domestic shipments).
6. Out-of-Stock Products: In case the product is out of stock at the time of replacement, our customer care team
will reach out to you, and a refund will be processed. For paid orders, the refund will be directly issued to your debit/credit card or online account.
7. Refund Processing: The refund will be reflected on your card or bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request is raised.
